Closed daily from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. for Jasper Ridge Farm programs

Also closed:

• Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

• Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Quadrille Team only)

• Some Saturdays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

• Some Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Liability Release Forms

All riders must complete a Jasper Ridge Farm liability release form before using the Odyssey Arena. This form is separate from any Webb Ranch release.

Use Expectations

Our goal is to create a peaceful, respectful atmosphere and a state of the art, well-maintained arena to be enjoyed by Jasper Ridge Farm and our friends at Webb Ranch. Everyone using the arena must agree to abide by the expectations set forth by Jasper Ridge Farm, and we reserve the right to refuse use of the arena to anyone willfully not abiding by the expectations.

Schedule

• The schedule is subject to change, and Jasper Ridge Farm reserves the right to use the arena when we need it, even though it may not be posted on the schedule.

Priority Use

• Jasper Ridge Farm programs and animals have first priority in the covered riding arena, and Jasper Ridge Farm controls the scheduling for their requirements. All other scheduling is handled by Webb Ranch.

• Webb Ranch Lesson Office lessons only. No other lessons permitted. Jasper Ridge Farm requests that a headset communication device be used when possible. We may be running a private program in the barn and loud voices in the arena may be disruptive.

Safety and Liability

• Everyone using the arena must sign a Jasper Ridge Farm liability release form prior to use.

• Everyone using the arena must know that they may encounter distractions including but not limited to: nearby farm animals, mini horses, running children, people in wheel chairs, and ponies or horses pulling carts.

• No turnouts, no lungeing, no jumping except by Jasper Ridge Farm animals and staff. The integrity of our arena footing and base needs to be maintained due to the nature of our programs (pony carts, sidewalkers, etc), and these activities can undermine the footing and base.

• Absolutely no dogs permitted in the arena or on the Jasper Ridge Farm site other than Jasper Ridge Farm approved dogs participating in or training for our programs.

• Abuse of horses or disrespect of other riders will not be tolerated.

• Riders are expected to pick up manure as it happens. A convenient wheelbarrow and pitchfork will be provided, as well as a mounting block for convenience.
