Join us for the 17th Annual Big Barn Bash - Saturday, September 26
Every Youth Impact Team volunteer starts with our 6-week introductory program, designed for youth ages 8–17. Along the way, you'll build new skills, gain confidence, and become part of a team that's making a difference.
Once you complete the program, you'll become a Youth Impact Team Alum and gain access to flexible weekly volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
Your journey starts here!
Open to youth ages 8–17
No experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and help.
A parent or guardian must complete a one-time waiver before your first day.
To get registered or for questions, email Nicole Albuerne, JRF Programs Director, at nicole@jasperridgefarm.org.
Complete the 6-Week Program.
Every volunteer begins with six weeks of hands-on learning alongside staff and experienced mentors.
During the program, you'll build skills in:

Responsibility and leadership
Farm operations and daily tasks
Become a Youth Impact Team Alum.
After completing the program, you'll officially become a Youth Impact Team Alum.

As an alum, you can sign up for 1–2 volunteer shifts each week based on your availability.
Reserve shifts through our scheduling portal, Shiftboard.
No reapplication is required.
